Norah Jones Collaborates With Danger Mouse On New Album
Little Broken Hearts Out This Spring
Singer/songwriter Norah Jones has announced the release of a new album this spring called Little Broken Hearts. What makes this particular bit of news especially intriguing is the fact that the full-length LP is a collaboration with producer and musician Danger Mouse. The two artists first came together when Danger Mouse sought out Jones to contribute on his spaghetti western-inspired project Rome alongside Italian composer Daniele Luppi and Jack White. Clearly developing a report with one another during their time together Jones and Danger Mouse reconvened in L.A. to work on new material, sharing songwriting credits and performing the majority of the instrumental parts themselves. Jones is expected to tour extensively in 2012, performing at a mixture of festivals, amphitheatres and theatres in the US and abroad. More details on the new record and tour as they become available.
