Okkervil River, The Hold Steady, Ra Ra Riot, and Wye Oak are among the first acts announced for the Truck America Music Festival. Held September 9 through 11 at the Full Moon Resort in Big Indian, New York, the fest is set to announce 30 additional bands in the upcoming weeks.
