Pearl Jam Share New Song “Can’t Deny Me”
The First Taste of An Upcoming New Album
Mar 13, 2018 Pearl Jam
1990s alt-rockers Pearl Jam have shared a new song, “Can’t Deny Me.” It was originally sent out to members of the band’s Ten Club fan club on Saturday, but now it’s on streaming services for all to hear. “Can’t Deny Me” seems to be a protest song as sorts, as its cover art confirms, although the lyrics don’t specifically call out anyone or anything. The band co-produced the song with Brendan O’Brien. A press release says that “Can’t Deny Me” is the first taste of a forthcoming new album, which would be the follow-up to 2013’s Lightning Bolt.
