1980s rock icons Peter Gabriel and Sting are joining forces for a collaborative tour they are dubbing the “Rock Paper Scissors” tour. Both are successful solo artists and also known for their work with highly successful bands (Gabriel being the original frontman of Genesis and Sting leading The Police). In the tour announcement video below the duo promise to play the hits and to sing songs together on the tour (to illustrate that point, in the video they perform Gabriel’s “Shock the Monkey” together). The duo toured together in the ‘80s for Amnesty International and have remained friends.

Check out the video and tour dates below. (And read our recent interview between Gabriel and Arcade Fire’s Richard Reed Parry.)
