Premiere: Russian Baths Share New Animated Video for “Slenderman”
Penance EP Out Now via Good Eye
Brooklyn-based noise-rock group Russian Baths have shared their new animated video for "Slenderman," the lead single from their debut EP Penance, and we are pleased to premiere it. The video, made by Sarah Ver Hoeve, features arachnid and humanoid figures gyrating in uneasy suspension in and around a suburban home. The track itself is a propulsive and hypnotizing noise rock anthem that bridges the distance between Slowdive and Bellafea. Check out the video, EP artwork, and tracklist below.
Penance follows their 2016 split single "Ambulance / Ghost." This release marks the fourth album out from Brooklyn-based label Good Eye Records. Russian Baths will be showcasing this year at SXSW.
Penance Tracklist:
01: Slenderman
02: What's Your Basement
03: Poolhouse
04: Black Crossᐧ
