Premiere: Still Parade - “Concrete Vision”
Standing at the Center of a Sonic Eclipse

Still Parade
Today, we’re pleased to share “Concrete Vision,” the latest pop reverie from Niklas Kramer’s Still Parade project. Taking a not-so-well-trodden path, the Berlin-based songwriter/producer has moved on from the immaculate studio polish of his prior work, instead opting to capture his sounds himself via a tape machine. The home-recorded “Concrete Vision” is no less the stuff of dreams than past Still Parade tracks such as “Actors”; however, as Kramer stands at the center of a sonic eclipse and observes “I ask myself why/We keep waiting for someone/And it is never enough/For a concrete vision,” you get the sense that he’s found some kind of balance between ethereality and the gravity of real life.
