The one-man music and comedy sensation known as Reggie Watts has officially signed on to become the new bandleader for next iteration of the CBS’ Late Late Show. Joining new host James Corden—who is filling the seat of his predecessor Craig Ferguson—Watts already has experience playing the role of musical sidekick on IFC’s Comedy Bang! Bang! What this means in terms of Watts’ future involvement with the offbeat talk show program has yet to seen. The new Late Late Show premieres March 23.
