Weezer
Weezer recently shared a brand new song, “Thank God For Girls,” via a semi lyric video for the song (I say semi because only some of the lyrics appear on the screen). Now there’s an official full-on video for the song. In it Weezer frontman Rivers Cuomo is a corrupt evangelical preacher who is up on the pulpit in one scene and then seen gambling away his parishioners’ money. SCANTRON directed the clip, which you can check out below. Weezer’s most recent full-length album was last year’s Everything Will Be Alright in the End.
