As reported last month, St. Vincent has been hard at work in the studio on her followup to 2009 album, Actor. The fruits of her labor—titled Strange Mercy—will street September 13 via 4AD. Today the shape-shifting musician not only released the album art (yes, that’s the creepy image above) but a series of tour dates. Check both them, and the tracklist out below.
