St. Vincent (aka Annie Clark) is releasing her new album, MASSEDUCTION, on October 13 via Loma Vista. St. Vincent previously shared MASSEDUCTION track “New York” (it was our #1 Song of the Week), as well as a colorful video for the song. She also shared another song from it, “Los Ageless” (which was also our #1 Song of the Week). Now “Los Ageless” has an equally colorful video. Willo Perron directed the clip, which features Clark getting plastic surgery, getting her hair done, and watching TV while a pair of legs dangle out of the screen, among other things. Watch it below, followed by her upcoming tour dates.

Red Bull Music supported the “Los Ageless” video. Tomorrow St. Vincent will be appearing on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert to perform “New York.” Tomorrow also sees the start of the second season of St. Vincent’s Mixtape Delivery Service, which airs weekly on Apple Music’s Beats 1, starting at 7 p.m. PT/10 p.m. ET tomorrow. As a press release reminds us, “on Mixtape Delivery Service, fans call St. Vincent with touching stories about major milestones-near-death experiences, bad breakups, trips of a lifetime-and she prescribes them the perfect playlist.”

Clark co-produced the album with Jack Antonoff, which was mainly recorded at Electric Lady Studios in Manhattan, with additional recording at Rough Consumer Studio in Brooklyn and Compound Fracture in Los Angeles. The album was announced via a slightly strange and awkward Facebook live press conference (she revealed that she secretly hates musicals).

Clark says this album is more autobiographical than her previous three albums. “Every record I make has an archetype,” she says in a press release. “Strange Mercy was Housewives on Pills. St. Vincent was Near-Future Cult Leader. MASSEDUCTION is different, it’s pretty first person. You can’t fact-check it, but if you want to know about my life, listen to this record.” In the press conference Clark said “this record’s about love.

Clark previously announced a fall tour she’s dubbing the “Fear the Future Tour” and also shared a funny announcement video for the tour.

It was also recently announced that Clark has been tapped to direct her first feature film. It will be a new adaptation of Oscar Wilde’s 1890 novel, The Picture of Dorian Gray, but with a twist: the title character will now be female, rather than male.

The American jewelry company Tiffany & Co. recently launched their fall 2017 campaign and it starred St. Vincent, among others. Yesterday Tiffany released a new ad that features St. Vincent covering The Beatles’ “All You Need Is Love.” Clark doesn’t show up in the ad, which features black & white images of models Vittoria Ceretti, Julia Nobis, Anchok Majak, and Georgina Grenville mouthing the words to the song.

Increasingly more women and men resort to plastic surgeons in Raleigh North Carolina for treating any minor facial defect. But these procedures shouldn’t be done regularly and a person should resort to them only if it is really necessary. Respect your body and accept yourself and try to change something at your image only if the normal beauty routine has no effect.

I first learned about this song after it was featured in season 5 of BoJack Horseman, the cartoon show! It’s such a good song, I’m obsessed with this song and the music video that reminds me of facial norfolk va! Every time the music video plays as an ad I always watch it and never skip it! She has a strange appeal, don’t get me wrong: she’s attractive of course, very feminine but when she rocks the guitar, she combines a unique blend of femininity and masculinity, if that makes sense. Love her music, especially her last album.
