Stream Aphex Twin’s New Album, “SYRO”
First Album In 13 Years
Sep 22, 2014 Aphex Twin
Tomorrow on Sept. 23, Aphex Twin, a.k.a. Richard James, will release SYRO, the UK-based artist’s first album in 13 years. Ahead of its arrival, James has posted all 12 tracks of the LP online to stream on Bleep.com.
Working on the record for the past six years, James says in an interview with The FADER that “I’d stockpiled up so much stuff and you can kind of have to draw a line under it somewhere. By banging something out it, it’s like the end of the chapter. It properly draws a line under it and allows you to move on.”
