Sufjan Stevens has just shared a new remix of “Blue Bucket of Gold,” a song from his critically acclaimed latest album, Carrie and Lowell, which was released earlier in the year by Asthmatic Kitty. The new version features members of Stevens’ touring band and was recorded while on tour by Tucker Martine in Portland, Oregon and at Stevens’ studio in Brooklyn. It is a studio interpretation of how they’ve been playing the song live. You can listen to it below and also buy it via iTunes or listen via Spotify. Below also are Stevens’ current tour dates.
