Sufjan Stevens to Perform a Live Documentary Soundtrack
October 30 at the BAM Howard Gilman Opera House
Sufjan Stevens—who made our favorite album of 2010—is stepping away from his electro-pop persona for a new project. The multi-instrumentalist will be performing the live score during a live screening of the documentary, Beyond This Place. The film tells the tale of a song trying to reconnect with his father—something Stevens knows a thing or two about.
The event takes place October 30 at The BAM Howard Gilman Opera House. Tickets are $25 each.
