Superchunk have announced that on September 13 Merge will be reissuing their 1994 release Foolish, which was their fourth full-length and first full-length for Merge. The remastered album will include different album art, bonus material, and liner notes by drummer Jon Wurster. Merge has recently reissued three other Superchunk albums: No Pocky for Kitty, On the Mouth, and Here's Where the Strings Come In. The iconic indie label is, of course, run by Superchunk's Mac McCaughan and Laura Ballance. Check out the video below for "Learned to Surf," off of Majesty Shredding, released last year via Merge. The video features footage of Superchunk playing in Brazil this spring as well as footage from the band playing in 1998. The band's current tour dates are also below.
