Swans Announce New Album, “To Be Kind”

Swans have announced the release of a new double album titled To Be Kind. The follow-up to their 2012 double LP The Seer the new recording is slated to arrive May 13 on frontman Michael Gira’s Young God imprint in North American and Mute everywhere else. Produced by Gira and recorded at Sonic Ranch outside El Paso, TX with John Congleton, the album features St. Vincent, who provided multi-tracked vocals throughout a number of songs, as well as Cold Specks and Little Annie.
In addition to the album Gira has announced plans for solo tour through Europe this March. Scroll down below to view his list of stops.
