The Decemberists have announced a deluxe 10th anniversary of their 2006 album The Crane Wife. The limited edition vinyl box set is due out December 9 via Capitol/Ume. It includes five red vinyl LPs and features the original album, B-sides, bonus tracks, outtakes, and demos. It also comes with a Blu-ray disc with a 2006 concert filmed at Washington DC’s 9:30 Club. Plus the liner notes include a new essay by actor/writer/composer Lin-Manuel Miranda (the star and creator of the Broadway sensation Hamilton, who is also a big fan of the band).
