Poised to release their brand new album What a Terrible World, What a Beautiful World on Jan. 20, The Decemberists have announced plans for their first North American tour in over three years. Following a leg of shows across Europe, the 16-date run will kick off in their hometown of Portland, Oregon, on March 21.

In addition to the scheduled tour, the band has announced that they will be releasing a limited-edition 7’’ for Record Store Day’s Black Friday sale, featuring their new single “Make You Better” with an exclusive b-side, “Fits And Starts”
