Feb 05, 2010 Flying Lotus By Kyle Lemmon

Los Angeles electronic beatsmith Flying Lotus (given name: Steve Ellison) is preparing his “fusion-y” Cosmogramma for release through Warp. It will drop in the U.S. on May 4 and a day earlier in the U.K. And now comes word that none other than Thom Yorke will lend his vox to the project. Yeah, that right: Radiohead‘s Thom Yorke.

Yorke sings on a song called “...And the World Laughs With You.” Other guests include singer Laura Darlington, who sang on FlyLo’s Los Angeles, and post-bop jazz saxophonist Ravi Coltrane (his cousin).
