Set to release his sophomore album Confess next week, Twin Shadow has jumped the gun a bit early by streaming the new record in its entirety online.

Currently available to listen to on Urban Outfitters' Blog, frontman George Lewis Jr. says in a recent statement that the new LP "is about sacrificing part of your life to something you love to do. Love and commitment may not be part of my life at this point. So a lot of this record is about my relationships with people, and dealing with the sacrifices I've made."

Recorded in Los Angeles between a home built studio and proper recording space Lewis also says that while "there was a charm to the way I did my first record, you can't chase that experience down again. It was nice to be alone in my apartment recording Forget but now I get a sound in my head it's nice to have the tools and people in front of me to make it happen."

Confess will be out July 10 via 4AD.

Never heard of his music until now, sounds interesting, I like the idea of streaming ones music. Eliminates the need for publishers etc, which is ideal for those still trying to make it big.
