Videos of Conan O’Brien and Jim Carrey Dueting Live Dressed as Superheroes

As Kick-Ass and Superman on O’Brien’s LA Tour Stop

Conan O'Brien is currently on his Legally Prohibited From Being Funny on Television Tour. This past weekend he had two LA stops at the Gibson Amphitheatre, which is in the same studio complex where O'Brien was tapping his Tonight Show before being canned by NBC. His LA shows boasted special guests galore. Sunday's show alone featured Aziz Ansari, Seth Green, Jonah Hill, 30 Rock's Jack McBrayer, and Sarah Silverman. And Saturday's show included all of those (minus Green and Silverman), plus Mad Men's Jon Hamm. But the highlight of both shows was Jim Carrey, who sang a duet with O'Brien, a cover of Five For Fighting's "Superman (It's Not Easy)."

Yes, it's kind of a lame song, we know, but it's much cooler and funnier when O'Brien and Carrey are purposefully over-singing it. Plus, the first night Carrey was dressed as Superman and the second night Carrey was dressed as Kick-Ass and O'Brien was dressed as Superman! At one point on the second night they even briefly broke into The Flaming Lips' "Do You Realize??" Below are fan videos from both nights. Then, later in Sunday's show Carrey came out dressed as his own scantily clad superhero creation he dubbed "Cornucopious" and we a have video of that too. O'Brien is currently on tour now, check out his website for the dates, and this November his new show will premiere on TBS. And, in case you missed it, check out this recent video of O'Brien covering Radiohead's "Creep."
