Comedy trio The Lonely Island (Andy Samberg, Akiva Schaffer, and Jorma Taccone) have already released three albums and a bunch of hilarious videos and Saturday Night Live skits, as well as the 2007 movie Hot Rod. Now they have a new big screen movie coming out, Popstar: Never Stop Never Stopping, on June 3. Last night on NBC singing competition show The Voice Samberg appeared as his character, singer/rapper Conner4Real, to give advice to all the contestants with judge/mentor Adam Levine (from Maroon 5). And then Conner4Real performed “So Humble” with Levine in a 1950s diner set. Watch both videos below.

Popstar stars Samberg as Conner, a rapper whose album bombs, forcing him to reform his old boy band. Schaffer and Taccone direct and Judd Apatow has produced the movie. It features an impressive roster of current comedians (many former SNL cast members), including Sarah Silverman, Tim Meadows, Maya Rudolph, and Bill Hader. There are also cameos from Snoop Dogg, Usher, Carrie Underwood, Simon Cowell, Adam Levine (as a hologram), and more. Samberg’s wife, Joanna Newsom, also shows up.
