In case you haven't noticed, Ben Gibbard has become a bit more svelte over the past couple years. The biggest reason for this healthy physical change is the fact that the Death Cab for Cutie frontman spends a lot of his spare time running ... a lot. Recently profiled by Runner's World (a much better publication than Joggers Journal) Gibbard took a few moments to talk about his avidness for exercise and his secret competition with frequent marathon runner Flea of the Red Hot Chili Peppers.
