Watch Car Seat Headrest Cover Radiohead’s “Paranoid Android” and Sufjan Stevens’ “Impossible Soul”
Teens of Denial Out Now on Matador
Car Seat Headrest (aka Will Toledo and band), just released their new album, Teens of Denial, on Matador. At last night's show in Philadelphia the band covered two songs, Radiohead classic "Paranoid Android" (from 1997's OK Computer) and Sufjan Stevens' "Impossible Soul" (from 2010's The Age of Adz). Watch fan shot videos of both covers below.
"Paranoid Android" came in the encore, as Car Seat Headrest's own "Vincent" segued into the Radiohead cover. Last month the band covered Radiohead's "Pyramid Song." "Impossible Soul" was 25 minutes long on Stevens' album, it's unclear if Car Seat Headrest's version was as long, as the fan video is only labeled as a snippet.
Also feel free to read our recent interview with Toledo.
