Over the years Cat Power’s Chan Marshall has had a few tough experiences onstage, known in the past for abrupt stops to songs and sometimes aborting her performances halfway through altogether. Poking fun at her old antics, Marshall stars in a new Funny-or-Die skit playing an overly emotional version of herself in front of a group of second-graders just looking to enjoy “The Itsy Bitsy Spider” and “Old McDonald Had a Farm.”

At one point “feeling really judged” Marshall makes every face away from her so she can play the ABC song. It only goes downhill from there.
