Charly Bliss released a new album, Young Enough, back in May via Barsuk. It was our Album of the Week and you can stream it here. Now they have stopped by NPR Music to perform three songs as part of their Tiny Desk Concert series and they were accompanied by a string section. For the uninitiated, Tiny Desk Concerts are stripped down sets recorded at the desk of Bob Boilen, the host of NPR’s All Songs Considered. They performed “Capacity,” “Young Enough,” and “Chatroom.” Watch the session below.

Previously Charly Bliss shared a video for Young Enough‘s first single, “Capacity,” which was one of our Songs of the Week (and the video was directed by Michelle Zauner aka Japanese Breakfast). Then they shared another new song from the album, “Chatroom,” also via a video for it. Maegan Houang directed the twisted clip, which starred frontwoman Eva Hendricks as the member of a cult. “Chatroom” was also one of our Songs of the Week. Then they shared another new song from the album, “Hard to Believe,” via a video for it (it also made our Songs of the Week list). Once the album was released album track “Blown to Bits” also made our Songs of the Week list. Then they shared a video for “Young Enough.”
