Eagles of Death Metal made a triumphant return to Paris tonight, at the Olympia Theater, performing their first full on show in the City of Lights since the terror attacks last November. The band were playing the Le Bataclan venue on November 13 in Paris when ISIS terrorists stormed it, shot into the crowd, and took hostages, in what instantly became a tragic international news story (89 people died). Josh Homme, who doesn’t usually tour with the band, was also present at the show despite the birth of his third child this past weekend. All surviving attendees of the original Le Bataclan show were entitled to a free ticket. Police locked down the area around the venue and there were 30 psychologists onsite in case some of the Le Bataclan show survivors found the show traumatic. Below are a bunch of fan shot videos.
