Watch: Grizzly Bear - “Gun-Shy” Video
Micro Creativity
"Gun-Shy," the latest single off Grizzly Bear's excellent 2012 record Shields, has premiered this morning with a stunning (and at times squirm-inducing) video treatment.
Featuring members Ed Droste, Daniel Rossen, Chris Taylor, and Chris Bear undergoing a series of medical tests extracting samples of hair, skin, sweat, and blood, director Kris Moyes says "The idea came from a question: if the creative energy of any living organism could be seen, what would it look like? This is an invitation for a very rare glimpse of what creative energy could look like on a molecular level, if it could be seen."
