Loud City Song, the latest full-length effort by singer/songwriter Julia Holter has already been paired with a number of music videos, including such standout tracks as "In the Green Wild" and "This Is A True Heart." Now Holter has premiered yet another visual, this time for "Horn Surrounding Me." Directed by Angus Borsos, the dark and enigmatic piece is apparently based on a concept by Nite Jewel's Ramona Gonzalez. Click below to watch.
