Widescreen British quartet Lanterns on the Lake released their third album, Beings, on Bella Union last November. The dramatic collection got a little lost in all the year-end stuff, but now the band has shared a video for "The Crawl" to help remind you of its existence. Alexander Grieves directed the romantic and nostalgic clip, which takes place at a British dance hall in 1953. Watch the elegant video below.

Grieves had this to say about the video in a press release: "There's something quite haunting about 'The Crawl,' there are moments of often unusual, evocative imagery in the lyrics but there's also this nostalgic, poetic, romantic quality to it. The video is a glimpse into a moment in time set in the ballroom dance halls here in the North East of England in the 1950's. It captures that special moment between two people - the kind of moments that stay with us for a lifetime; where everything around you stops and you leave the world outside."
