Watch: Lord Huron - “Lonesome Dreams” Video
Castaways
Lord Huron has premiered a new sepia-toned music video for the title track of his debut LP, Lonesome Dreams. A companion piece that began with the music video for lead single "Time To Run," the clip continues to explore the works of fictional author George Ranger Johnson, invented by Lord Huron's Ben Schneider. According to Schneider, the video is "based on the first installment of George Ranger Johnson's adventure series of the same name. It chronicles Huron's first encounter with Admiral Blaquefut and the beginning of their epic journey and friendship. We tried our damnedest to capture the themes and the spirit of the novel." Creative and well-crafted, the finished product really feels like a serialized adventure story.
