Watch Phil Collins and The Roots Perform “In the Air Tonight” on “Fallon”

1980s hitmaker and Genesis frontman/drummer Phil Collins has been releasing deluxe reissues of all his albums, recently put out a memoir amusingly entitled Not Dead Yet, and also just released a new singles collection fittingly entitled The Singles on Atlantic/Rhino. Last night he stopped by The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. He did his first two solo singles: “In the Air Tonight” was on the broadcast and “I Missed Again” was a web-exclusive performance. Oh, and house band The Roots were his backing band. It must’ve been pretty damn cool for Questlove to perform that iconic drum part in “In the Air Tonight” with Collins.
