School of Seven Bells
School of Seven Bells’ latest album Ghostory will finally be released next week on Feb. 28. Having just made an appearance on Jimmy Fallon, the synth-pop duo has premiered a music video for the standout track “Lafaye.” Directed by David Lowery and Toby Halbrooks and shot in an old house in south Texas, the clips features singer Alejandra Deheza as she floats about the residence, assuming the role of the track’s wandering specter. In an interview with Rolling Stone Deheza says, “It was all ripped-out walls and exposed wiring – super-spooky and raw. I couldn’t have thought of a better setting for ‘Lafaye”s ghosts.” Click below to watch.
