Yesterday singer/songwriter Sharon Van Etten was welcomed as the musical guest on daytime television juggernaut Ellen. Instead of performing a track from last year’s lauded LP Are We There, Van Etten provided audiences in the studio and at home with a brand new single titled “I Don’t Want to Let You Down.” The song is to be featured on a forthcoming 7’’ and a yet-to-be-announced EP.
