Vampire Weekend
Continuing to deliver laughs at his own awkward expense Steve Buscemi took part in another promotional video with the boys of Vampire Weekend to get the word out for their upcoming concert webcast at New York City’s Roseland Ballroom. Handing out flyers on the subway, and generally asking random strangers whether they’ve heard of the band, Buscemi brought the band over to Brooklyn’s Melody Lanes to enjoy a bit of bowling (all while Buscemi continued to approach people to come to the show). For the most part things go rather smoothly, that is until drummer Chris Tomson makes a reference to The Big Lebowski, sending Buscemi into a confused and even more awkward state. Click below to watch.
Vampire Weekend will be performing at the Roseland Ballroom on April 28 and will live stream the show as part of the American Express Unstaged series. Their new album Modern Vampires of the City arrives May 14.
