Watch: Wild Nothing - “Paradise” Video Starring Michelle Williams
Searching for A Place to Be
Wild Nothing has premiered a video for his Nocturne track "Paradise." Directed by Matthew Amato, the clip stars actress Michelle Williams as she travels by air between LA, New York, St. Maarten and Niagara Falls. Shot using Japanese Harinezumi cameras Amato says that it was Williams that ultimately chose "Paradise" for the video, even providing a new edit of the song by reading passages from Iris Murdoch's 1975 novel, A Word Child. Really great song but I’m not sure about the spoken word interlude in the middle of the vid.
