Poised to release his debut solo album Policy on March 10, Arcade Fire's Will Butler has premiered a brand new music video featuring his single "Anna." Keeping things simple the visual captures Butler showing off some dance moves in an empty field in the middle of the night. Butler has also expanded his upcoming tour behind Policy.
