Wolf Parade’s Spencer Krug Announces New Moonface Album

With Siinai: Heartbreaking Bravery Out April 17

Wolf Parade's Spencer Krug has revealed that he will be releasing another full-length album under his Moonface moniker called With Siinai: Heartbreaking Bravery on April 17. As the titled of the album would sugges,t Spencer collaborated on the forthcoming record with Finnish band Siinai, who were introduced to one another when Wolf Parade toured with Siinai's former incarnation, Joensuu 1685, throughout Europe in 2009. After sending demos and rough ideas back and forth from Helsinki to Montreal, the two musical teams came together in August of last year to put the finishing touches on their joint work with Krug providing vocals and keyboard work with Siinai providing the majority of composition. Previewing the new record, Moonface has offered up a stream of the track "Teary Eyes and Bloody Lips," which you can listen to below.
