Yeasayer Release Weird New Video Starring Kristen Bell

“Madder Red” Features Veronica Mars and Her Strange Pet

Yeasyer have released a new video for "Madder Red" and it stars Veronica Mars and Sarah Marshall herself, actress Kristen Bell. In the vaguely disturbing and slightly off-putting clip, Bell plays an actress who owns a strange dying puss-dribbling pet that resembles a large tumor and sings along to the Brooklyn trio's song. Sweden's Andreas Nilsson directed the video and he's helmed clips for MGMT (the even more bizarre "Flash Delirium"), Fever Ray ("If I Had a Heart" and "This Must Be It"), The Knife, Peter Bjorn and John, Bright Eyes, Depeche Mode, and many others. "Madder Red" is taken from Yeasayer's sophomore album, Odd Blood, which was released on Secretly Canadian back in February.
