Idjut Boys and Rune Lindbaek joined forces as Meanderthals to produce an album that pulses its way through prog, disco, ethereal, folk, and more. While Desire Lines may only be seven tracks long, this debut album takes its time, clocking in at just about 45 minutes. Deliberate and consistent throughout, the music rarely strays from its mellow groove and falls between the cracks at times. (www.myspace.com/weanderthals)
