Last weekend (1-4 July), Gdynia, Poland hosted Open’er Festival —a stand-out four-day celebration of music and culture. Yes, there was wind and rain—but there was also The Cure, who braved both to play a stand-out set of fan favorites. Among other highlights were Addison Rae, who sparkled with a latter-day Britney Spears energy, Anna Calvi’s darkly-beautiful guitar rock, and Pink Pantheress’ late-night dance party.
