The moniker suggests a treacle-sweet twee-pop troupe, but it’s actually the nom de plume of Sarah McIntosh, an English singer/songwriter who’s been setting bloggers’ hearts aflutter since 2008. This four-track EP is an appetizing taster for her debut album proper, wedding wonderfully thumpy, melodic electronic pop tunes to spiky lyrics from the intense end of the romantic spectrum.
