Now the band has released the full audio of two recent concerts (in Los Angeles and Manchester, England) to their Bandcamp page. It’s a pay-what-you-want deal, with all proceeds going to Progress NC who are working to combat North Carolina’s discriminatory anti-LGBTQ HB2 bill, which puts into law that transgender people have to use the public restroom of the gender on their birth certificate, rather than the gender they now identify themselves as.

Animal Collective’s EP Fall Be Kind is dropping November 9th, six days before the start of the Canadian seal hunting season. In response, People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) has recruited the band to oppose the tradition of slaughter in the video ad below. Avey Tare, Panda Bear, and Geologist have some tough words for Canadian hunters in the 1:23 minute video. More
