Meditations on Crime (aka Harper Simon) has announced the release of a self-titled album, due out September 23 via AntiFragile. The album coincides with the release of an art book published by Boo-Hooray and Bunker Basement. Simon has shared a new track from the album, “Crime Seed,” which features Gang Gang Dance. More

Tamaryn has shared a video for “Cranekiss,” which is the title track to her forthcoming new album, Crane Kiss, due out August 28 via Mexican Summer. Gang Gang Dance member Brian DeGraw, who’s also a visual artist and also releases music as bEEdEEgEE, directed the clip. The video mainly features shots of Tamaryn singing against a white background, but her image is manipulated and distorted in various artistic and interesting ways. More
