Neko Case released a new album, Hell-On, back in June via ANTI-. Its highlight might have been “Curse of the I-5 Corridor,” a 7-minute long duet with Mark Lanegan that was our #1 Song of the Week. Now she has shared a 1-minute video clip for the song. Why it’s not a full 7-minute long video is confusing, but none-the-less there’s lots to see in the short time. Xan Aranda directed the clip, in which Case and Lanegan disrobe to reveal nude body suits, with animated body hair and genitals over top (the animation is by Janice Chun).
