Rising indie luminary Yuzima has had a busy year: after releasing the ambitious 20-minute Sound Opera: Project One in April he is now in the process of putting the finishing touches on forthcoming EP Powerful. The title track is available to stream and download here; his blend of industrial Achtung Baby-esque rock and soulful vocals straight out of Harlem’s Gun Hill Projects makes him one of New York’s most interesting new artists. Powerful will be out this autumn on Yuzima’s own label UZEE.
