BBC America Announces U.S. Air Date for Next Doctor Who Special to Feature David Tennant
The Waters of Mars to Air December 19th; First of Three More Shows Before Tennant Bows Out

David Tennant is ending his three-season run as The Doctor on BBC’s Doctor Who with three more special episodes before Matt Smith takes over next year. Doctor Who: The Waters of Mars, the next special in line, will air in the U.S. on BBC America December 19th at 9 p.m. ET/PT, a BBC America press release has announced. The other two episodes will be aired as a two-part holiday special. The Waters of Mars will air in the U.K. on November 15th on BBC One.
The three remaining specials are also set to be released on DVD and Blu-ray in the U.S. on February 2nd through the BBC.

It seems that David Tennant isn’t just content with just being a viewer of Doctor Who since he hung up his brown overcoat. No, he’s back in the Whoinverse shooting footage for a DVD extra set to appear on the Revistations II boxset to be release in 2011. “Rolex Prices”
