Due to release his debut solo album this March, Arcade Fire‘s Will Butler has announced plans for a North American tour. The new tour dates will kick off shortly after the release of the album and will include a number of east coast performances and an appearance at SXSW. Scroll down to view the full list of shows. Policy comes out March 10 in the states and March 16 in Europe.
