Beck Announces Special “Song Reader” Performance in L.A.

Recently announcing the release of Morning Phase, his first album in six years, Beck has revealed that he will returning to his Song Reader sheet music project with a special performance of the work in Los Angeles later this month. Taking place Nov. 24 the Walt Disney Concert Hall, the upcoming show will mimic his similiar London show from earlier this year, featuring guest appearances from Jarvis Cocker, Jenny Lewis, Childish Gambino, John C. Reily, Jack Black, Van Dyke Parks, and others. The concert is part of a partnership with eyeglass company Warby Parker, for which Beck has collaborated to design his very own pair of limited-edition eyewear that will be available in mid-November for purchase on Warby Parker’s website.
