Beck Releases New Song “Dreams”
Available to Download and Stream Now
Jun 15, 2015 Beck
As was hinted at last week, Beck has released a brand new song, “Dreams.” It’s a far cry from what was found on his last album, 2014’s Morning Phase, which won the Grammy for Album of the Year. “Dreams” is a dance-y upbeat number that sounds like Beck mixed with early MGMT mixed with the more pop inclinations of Tame Impala. The song’s vocals and instrumentation were done entirely by Beck and Greg Kurstin (from Beck’s touring band and one half of The Bird and the Bee), who also both produced the song. It was written by Beck, Kurstin, and Andrew Wyatt (of Miike Snow).
You can stream it below, but it’s also available via iTunes, Amazon,
