Perfect Ambient Accompaniment For Your Tea Party
Apr 09, 2014
The Smashing Pumpkins
Sure you love Billy Corgan. But do you love him $60 worth? (We’ll give you a second to answer that in the quiet of your own heart.) The Smashing Pumpkins frontman recently announced that he’ll be releasing an album called AEGEA of ambient/experiential work inspired by performances in his Chicago tea salon Madame ZuZu’s.
The album features recordings that Corgan made in 2007. The bad news? Yes, it’s $59.95—and that doesn’t even include shipping. The good news? It’s a limited run of 250 and each album his hand-numbered by Corgan himself. Expect a release in the next 6-8 weeks. Find more info here.
